Executive Chef Justin Letson
Executive Chef Justin Letson has worked in many kitchens and fine dining establishments throughout his career. His globally-inspired cuisine is full of bright flavors and clever twists on down-home favorites. Born and raised in the Shoals area, he’s always bringing an innovative attitude to the kitchen. He’s married with three kids, and in his spare time he enjoys nature, exploring, and blade smithing.
Pastry Chef Jessica Rohling
Pastry Chef Jessica Rohling is the creative force behind Keestone’s first-class bakery and desserts. She’s been cooking and baking since she was a kid in Lawrenceburg, TN, and graduated from culinary school. Baking is her dream job. She also enjoys working out and balancing a healthy lifestyle. The Cream Puffs are her specialty, and their light flaky crust and delicately sweet filling combine to create a delectable treat you won’t soon forget!
